corn cob 2 pc

salt mix

salt 2 tsp
white pepper 1 tsp
chilli flakes 2 tsp
ground cumin 2 tsp
smoked paprika 2 tsp

Others

oil for frying

For Dip

Ingredient

sour cream 6 tbsp
lime zest & juice 1 pc 
chopped coriander 1 handful 
salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the corn cob into shape carefully 

  • Mix the spices to make the salt mix

  • Mix the sour cream with the lime, coriander and salt to make the dip

  • Heat the oil to 175c and fry the corn for 4 mins

  • Toss corn with salt mix and serve with the dip
