flat parsley 2 handfuls 
basil 1 handful
garlic 1 clove
capers 1 tsp
cornichons 1 handful
dijon mustard 1 tsp
sherry vinegar 1 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil 150 ml
salt & pepper to taste
