Garlic Tomato Curry

garlic 8 cloves
green chilli 1 pc
medium tomatoes 5-6 pc

vegetable oil/ghee 4-5 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
onion seeds 1 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp

ground coriander 1 tsp
ground tumeric 1 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp

fenugreek leaves 1.5 tsp
fresh coriander 1 handful 


  • Chop the garlic, chilli and tomato

  • Heat the oil, add the seeds cook for 30 seconds 

  • Add garlic and chilli cook for 1 min until fragrant then add tomato

  • Season with salt, coriander and tumeric cook for 5 mins on a medium high heat

  • Add fenugreek leaves and coriander

  • Serve immediately
