Ingredient

flat leaf parsley 200 g
fresh oregano 2 tbsp  
garlic 4 cloves
red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
olive oil 150-180 ml
chilli flakes 1 pinch
salt to taste

Directions

  • Chop parsley, oregano and garlic

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
  • Chimichurri: a sauce made of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, and red wine vinegar
  • Finely diced shallot/onion, fresh chilli and coriander/ cilantro are optional
