Ingredient

pork belly

Spice Rub

garlic powder 1.5 tbsp
cayenne pepper 1 tbsp
smoked paprika 2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
black pepper 0.5 tbsp
dark brown sugar 1.5 tbsp

Directions

  • Skin off and scroll cross on meat

  • Mix spice and rub on pork belly

  • Bake at 120c for 3.5 hours
