Ingredient

lamb breast

Rub Spice

sea salt 1 tbsp
dried oregano 1 tbsp
garlic powder 1 tbsp
onion powder 1 tbsp
bay leaves 3 pc
fresh rosemary 2 sprigs 
fresh thyme 2 sprigs 

For Sauce

Ingredient

mayo 4 tbsp
black garlic 1 tbsp
caster sugar 2 tbsp
sherry vinegar 30 ml
white wine vinegar 20 ml
flat parsley 2 tbsp
mint 2 tbsp
salt 1 pinch 

Directions

  • Scroll cross on lamb 

  • Mix rub spice and rub over the lamb

  • Roast at 120c for 5 hours

  • Chop parsley and mint then mix all sauce ingredients
