Yorkshire Pudding

For Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredient

whole eggs 3 pc
whole milk 250 ml
salt 2 g
white pepper 2 g
plain flour 100 g

Others

beef dripping 1 tsp

Directions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper then sieve in flour

  • Rest for at least 1 hour in fridge

  • Preheat oven to 210c

  • Add 1 tsp of beef dripping to Yorkshire pudding tray and heat for 5 mins 

  • Pour the batter until 2/3 full and bake for 25 mins immediately

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
  • Do not open the door when baking
