For Cranberry Sauce

Ingredient

fresh cranberries 300 g
large orange zest & juice 1 pc
star anise 2 pc
cinammon 1 stick
maple syrup 3 tbsp
sea salt 1 pinch 

Directions

  • Bring all ingredients to boil

  • Stew on low heat until broken down and squash the cranberries
