Wild Garlic Bread with Mozzarella, Parmesan & Honey

For Butter

Ingredient 1

wild garlic leaves 50 g  
olive oil 50 ml
salt 1 tsp

Ingredient 2

soft butter 200 g
garlic 4 cloves 
chilli flakes 1 tbsp
parmesan cheese 60 g
lemon zest 1 pc

baguette

Toppings

mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
honey

Directions

  • Blend the wild garlic with oil and salt

  • Mix the oil and butter together along with the rest of butter ingredients

  • Slice the baguette top with plenty of the butter, mozzarella, parmesan 

  • Bake at 220c for 10-15 mins

  • Drizzle with honey and serve

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
  • Leftover butter can be kept in freezer
