Achari Garlic Bread

For Garlic Butter

Ingredient

garlic 2 heads
salted butter 200 g
achar masala 2-3 tbsp
chopped coriander/parsley 1 handful

For Assemble

Ingredient

crusty baguette
mozzarella cheese
honey

Directions

  • Wrap the garlic in foil then roast at 180c for 45 mins until tender and cool

  • Mix the masala with softened butter and coriander before squeezing in the garlic

  • Spread generously on baguette and top with grated mozzarella

  • Bake at 200c for 15 mins until golden

  • Finish with a drizzle of honey

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
  • Achar masala: made up of red chilly powder, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, and oil
