Ingredient

hazelnuts 250 g 
hazelnut oil 3 tbsp
cocoa powder 60 g
icing sugar 120 g 
salt 0.5 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp

Directions

  • Roast hazelnut at 180c for 10 mins and remove skins 

  • Blend to paste and add other ingredients to smooth
