wild garlic 60 g
eggs 3 pc
egg yolks 3 pc
00 flour 450 g

Directions

  • Blanch wild garlic leaves and put into iced water then squeeze out moisture

  • Blend leaves with egg mix

  • Corporate egg mix into flour and knead for 10 mins to form a dough then rest
