Ingredient

drained chick peas 1 tin 
wild garlic leaves 6-8 pc
tahini paste 1.5 tbsp
lemon juice 0.5 pc
toasted cumin seeds 1 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil 50-60 ml
salt & pepper
ice cube 1 pc

Garnish

smoke paprika
extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and olive oil
