Ingredient

chicken breasts 2 pc

Marinade

hot chilli powder 1 tbsp
tumeric 1 tbsp
paprika 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
ground coriander 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
garlic purée 1 tbsp
ginger purée 1 tbsp
natural yoghurt 2 tbsp
cornflour 4 tbsp

Others

veg oil for frying

Directions

  • Cut chicken into chunky pieces

  • Mix all the marinade and marinate chicken for at least 2 hours

  • Heat oil to 175c then fry until cooked through and crispy

Principles

  • Yoghurt in marinade: help tenderize meat

Notes

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
