Crispy Feta & Hot Honey

For Feta

Ingredient

feta cheese 180 g  
filo pastry 2 sheets
melted butter

Garnish

sesame seeds 1 tsp

For Dip

Ingredient

honey 6-8 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
smoked paprika 1 tsp

Directions

  • Cut feta into thick batons

  • Brush filo on both sides with melted butter and roll up the feta

  • Bake at 200c for 15 mins

  • Heat the honey with the chilli and paprika for 5 mins on low heat

  • Drizzle the hot honey over the feta and top with sesame seed

  • 1 pound=16 ounces=453 g ; 1 tablespoon=15 g ; 1 teaspoon=5 g
  • Filo pastry: extremely thin dough that is layered to produce a flaky pastry
